The ITS Summit Singapore 2017 @Marina Bay Sands

Panasonic R&D Center Singapore partook in a 2-day Intelligent Transportation Society (ITS) Summit Singapore 2017, which attracted more than 300 delegates, industry partners and speakers from the Asia Pacific countries. At this summit, we showcased our initiatives in autonomous automotive technologies and solutions as well as our efforts to accelerate Singapore’s Autonomous Vehicle landscape.
Not only that, our booth was visited by government and industry leaders, CTOs, and experts from the Land Transport Authority (LTA), National Research Foundation, Smart Nation Programme Office and big players like ST Kinetics, Intel, HPE, NCS, QI, etc. They were impressed with Panasonic R&D Center Singapore’s computer vision and Deep Learning capabilities, in addition to the applicability of our technologies.
Moreover, Panasonic R&D Center Singapore’s rare appearance as an exhibitor surprised the visitors pleasantly, thus sparking their interest and curiosity to have follow-up and in-depth discussions with us. In the past recent years, Panasonic R&D Center Singapore has been creating awareness of our R&D strengths in Singapore’s growing digital landscape and will further bolster our presence in the ecosystem of Autonomous Vehicles.
