Enterprise Singapore has awarded Mr. Philip Ong with EnterpriseSG-SSC/SAC Commendation Award 2022 for the contribution to the Singapore Standardization Programme in the area of Smart City.
Mr. Ong has participated in IEC SyC Smart Cities since 2017, and in Singapore co-convened the Electrical and Electricity Standards Committee TC 2 Buildings Facilities and Services WG10 City Service Continuity. Mr. Ong has provided significant contribution for the development of IEC 63152:2020 Smart Cities – City Service Continuity against disasters – The role of the electrical supply, which reached to the publication in 2020. Currently Mr. Ong is participating in the development of IEC 63152-2: Systems Reference Deliverable – City Service Continuity – Implementation Guideline and City Service cases, of which publication is forecasted in 2023.

It also provided us with new opportunities for business networking with other participants.
