Panasonic’s newly launched JZ200 OLED TV powered by Panasonic R&D Center Singapore’s proprietary neural network named Lightweight-and-Versatile Network (LVNet)

January 29, 2021 | Project

Panasonic has announced the launch of its flagship OLED TV for 2021, that is, the JZ2000, which includes a brand-new processor called HCX Pro AI Processor.  This processor enables auto-optimization of pictures and sound quality based on the type of content being viewed through the use of AI.

Such AI capability is powered by Panasonic R&D Center Singapore’s proprietary neural network named Lightweight-and-Versatile Network (LVNet), which was co-developed with the Digital Transformation Development Center (DXDC) of AP company.

This AI has been trained for an extended period of time using over a million different pieces of content to make it easier for the majority of our customers to enjoy all their favourite on-screen experiences in the best possible way, without them having to get bogged down in menus.
