Han Chung Dean graduated as Master of Science majoring in Electronics from University Putra Malaysia in 2008. He has since worked with Panasonic R&D Center Singapore.

Previously he works in the field of video signal processing and compression. Involved in related project to optimize codec function into chip. Currently involved in the 3D Point Cloud Compression standardization activities, focusing on compression of attributes data. He had since contributed 11 patents in this field.
